Excerpts
What I like:
The color of the sky, the heroine's gown, which I think I've had on a cover before with slightly different trim, and their pose. I also like my name in gold foil, prominently displayed. That tells me the company thinks I've achieved some level of name recognition, and that's good.

Snarkworthy Attributes:
Because yes, I realize that sometimes, there can be unintentionally amusing elements to the covers of my books, something over which I have no control.)
The castle in the mist looks like it's floating -- drainage could be a serious issue, especially in the dungeon. The hero's tunic and rolled up sleeves make it appear as if his clothes are too big, and apparently he's gone forward in time and got himself some bloomers.

And no doubt some wag will suggest Merrick's about to push Constance over the cliff.

My overall verdict: I like it.

What I like:
The hero's face. Yummy! And his clothes are MUCH better in this picture. The heroine's dress and belt, and her features. I LOVE the sea in the background. This artist did a great job on that. Note the use of light.

Snarkworthy Attributes:
Ye olde mullet on the hero. But otherwise, we might not see so much of that wonderful jaw. The hint of cleavage -- from the hero.

Not exactly snarkworthy but a bit of a bummer:
I like this picture so much, I wish the barcode wasn't there.

My overall verdict: Excellent depiction of Merrick and Constance, and the setting. Both thumbs way up!
